Born to Be Brave, Nacida Para Ser Valiente, was the theme for the 2014 LifeLink International Ladies Conference in Nicaragua last weekend.

The mega conference weekend kicked off on Friday night with a concert in the main plaza at Ciudad Sandino. Featuring Christian recording artist and Worship Pastor, Montell Jordan and the Victory World Music team from Atlanta, Ga. the plaza rocked to the sounds of Shake Heaven, Te Amo, Poderoso, You Are and more.

While giving a riveting testimony, Montell Jordan encouraged the audience to honor, cherish, love and protect the gifts God has given to them. Pastor Colleen Rouse spoke words of knowledge and ministered through prayer.

On Saturday approximately 700 women converged on the LifeLink Ministry Base for a anointed day of worship led by Victory World Music and powerful teaching by Colleen Rouse, Co-Pastor of Victory World Church in Atlanta, GA. 

The women were inspired by Pastor Colleen to be brave in the power and might of God’s Holy Spirit; to have courage in the face of difficult situations and to stand tall in the call of God on their lives! Many women were challenged to step out in an entrepreneurial endeavor or business call to help provide for their families.

A delicious lunch and snacks was served under bright white tents, patio umbrellas and sprinkled with eye-catching artistry, flowers and garden globes.  Following lunch the women were treated to a special presentation by some of the LifeLink School students and included gymnastics, folklore dance and a final “Shake Heaven”!

The day was both electrifying and charming but most importantly, Jesus Christ was glorified!

It was a rare blessing for many of the women in and around the area of the LifeLink International Ministry Base to be able to attend such a dynamic and power-packed conference. Being part of something so elegant and feeling the Spirit of God in such a radiant way was truly an awesome experience.
